You can check the status of your Steam Guard in the "Account details" section on Steam: Steam Home > Account Details > Account Security Scroll down to "Account Security". You should see the green shield with "Protected by Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator" status

How to trade my items for real money?

On Skinomat you can sell items from Counter-Strike 2, Team Fortress 2, Rust and Dota 2. After successful trade on Steam, you can receive money in the form of Skinomat Balance or withdraw it directly to your wallet. You can stack your Skinomat Balance and cashout it later. Choose the game

Locate the drop-down "Game" list in the top left corner. Choose the game you want to sell items from. Clicking on the game name instantly shows your inventory with items from this game.

Choose items to sell

Choose payment method

Choose from the available payment methods on the right. Please remember some payment methods have minimal withdrawal value and you must sell items worth a minimum of this amount to actually sell them. There are many reasons why you are unable to trade your items. Please make sure to check all possibilities to resolve the issue.

Steam profile and inventory

To trade you have to set your Steam profile and Steam inventory from "Private" to "Public". You can do this in the Steam profile's settings. Please follow this guide to do this.

Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator

You need to have an active Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator on your Steam account for at least 7 days. Enable the Mobile Authenticator with this instruction.

Trade hold after activating Mobile Authenticator

Trades created within the first 7 days of adding the authenticator will still have up to a 15 day trade hold. You just have to wait to be able to trade again. Removing Steam Guard or disabling and re-enabling Steam Guard will also trigger this restriction.

Current trade or community ban

You also may be unable to trade or use the market if your account has been banned from trading by Steam Support. Depending on the severity of the violation, you may receive a temporary or permanent trade ban. You can contact Steam Support for more information.

To activate Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator, first you have to download the Steam App on your phone. It is an essential step to enable Steam Guard. If you already have the Steam app, to activate Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator, please follow these steps:

Open the Steam app on your phone
Click on the shield icon in the middle of the menu bar at the bottom of the main page

Click "Add authenticator" at the bottom of the page

Enter your phone number and click "Next"

Steam will send you a code to verify your phone number
Enter the code and click "Verify code"
